We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product. Pricing is done in INR Indian rupee.

Each product of Nama Home is made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
The Customer may terminate his/her purchase, within the two (2) day period from the date of purchase by shooting an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The cancellation will be initiated by Nama Home by providing a Cancellation Form to the customer upon request.

If the product you receive is damaged from our end, you are required to document the damage and inform us within one (1) day of receiving the shipment at email@example.com.
A failure to inform within the stipulated time will be considered as a no show and Nama Home™ will not be liable to repair or replace the product.
At Nama Home™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience for you. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied given that you are following our terms.
We are not responsible for changes in a product that are the inherent natural qualities of a material or a finish.
Nama Home will refund all valid returns of the damaged good(s) within 30 days after the products have been returned to the Nama Home premises.
The refund can be in the form of store points or Nama Home can credit the purchase price to the customer, based on the brand’s discretion which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The customer will bear the responsibility of shipping the damaged product(s) to the Nama Home premises.
Exchange requests will depend on available stock at the time of the request.
The customer may request the product in an alternate colour or size and must provide the difference in payment if applicable. The customer will bear the responsibility of shipping the product(s) to the Nama Home premises.
Delivery of a product within India will take three weeks.
Nama Home will bear the responsibility of packing and shipping the product in a timely and safe manner.
If the communicated delivery date is exceeded, the customer is still obliged to take delivery of the goods or services.
Nama Home may postpone any delivery in the case of production problems affecting the quantity of goods or the quality of goods produced. If such delay last longer than 3 (three) calendar months, either party may cancel the order. Nama Home is not liable for any losses, including lost profits or savings by customer.
When the customer fails to take delivery of the goods or services, or fails to provide the information or instructions to enable delivery it is fully liable to Nama Home for all damages and losses suffered by the brand, such as (but not limited to) transportation costs, extra storage, handling and insurance. Regarding (re-)delivery, we may demand prior payment of all aforementioned costs.
Nama Home is entitled to partial delivery of the goods or services.
For international shipping, there will be additional delivery charges based on the location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as we work with multiple vendors. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure a timely delivery, Nama Home™ is not liable for any shipping delays due to unforeseen factors, such as customs delays, weather conditions, and items lost or stolen while in possession of the shipping carrier.
If the invoiced amount is not paid within the payment term, then the customer is in default without any notice being required. In addition to any other rights and remedies the brand may have under applicable law, interest will accrue on all late payments at the rate of 1% (one percent) per calendar month.
Even if the customer is of the opinion that the quality of the delivered goods or services is not in accordance with the agreed goods or services, this does not release him from the obligation to pay.
In the event of any default by the customer in the payment of any amounts or charges due, Nama Home has the right to postpone any further deliveries of any goods, without being liable for any losses by the customer. Such right shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights and remedies available under the agreement or at law.
